History

The 19th conducted aerial transportation in the Hawaiian Islands and to forward bases in the Pacific during World War II, during the Berlin Airlift from, July-August 1948, and between Japan and Korea from, 10 June 1952-27 July 1953. It provided intratheater airlift for high-ranking Pacific Air Forces and civilian officials and small mission-essential equipment from, 1984-1993.^[1]
